The classic competitive multi-card deck game where players create books while trying to burn through their two decks - The Hand and The Foot. Able to support 2-8 players. Players may compete individually, or divide into even numbers of competing teams.

The Game

Hand and Foot is a canasta style game played using 270 high quality cards. Each player has a 'hand' and a 'foot' from which to play. Each player and their partner has to win as many books and get rid of their cards as fast as they can. It's fast and fun: perfect for a game night with family or friends.

• Once the most popular card game in America! This classic rummy game tests your skill at collecting matching ranked cards. Meld your matching cards. Meld three or more cards of the same rank to the table and then add to them in later turns. Each rank has a point value which counts against you in your hand and counts in your favor on the table.
• You need to pick up the Foot and have one natural and one mixed Canasta to go out. Red threes are valued 500 points, always against you. And Black threes block the pile. When you pick up the pile, you only pick up the top 7 cards. Hand and Foot is a game of strategy and skill. Play in partnerships or solo against your opponent.

This is an introduction to Hand and Foot online. Hand and Foot Online is your source for downloading an online multiplayer version of the Hand and Foot canasta card game.
• The game consists of four rounds. At the beginning of each round, each player deals himself two hands of eleven cards. One hand becomes the “hand” and the other becomes the “foot”. For Round #1, one player is chosen to play first. For subsequent rounds, the privilege to play first rotates clockwise.

Hand and Foot was invented by James Tranchida in 1987. He and his family have since sold the game out of their home. After a short hiatus, the family is putting the game back into production for all the dedicated players, a new generation of Hand and Foot lovers, and Jim.
